Organic Pea Shoot Seeds

Pea microgreens taste much like full-grown peas and are known for being sweet, like snow peas. Pea shoots are fantastic raw, tossed with a sesame based dressing, or added to stir-fries at the end of cooking to maintain their appealing crunchy texture. Pea microgreens are ready to be harvested between 8 and 14 days.
